Etymax was established in 1996 by its two Directors, Fiona Johnstone Beausoleil and Sally West whose early career paths in the world of translation and localisation first crossed in 1988. Both share a passion for words, languages, etymology and linguistics. And it had become clear to them that global businesses lacked a professional service that could combine accurately translated terminologies with creatively and culturally adapted transcreation. And so Etymax was born.
Because we invest in our staff, their training and the latest language technologies, Etymax has become one of the translation industry’s pioneering language service providers with customised solutions for all global digital and print requirements.
